Hello Valued Clients of Trim & Proper,

We hope that you and your loved ones are doing well, especially during these very difficult times.

We wanted to provide an update to our current operations in relation to our steps forward for the 2020 season, and what we are doing in response to operations to ensure the safety of both our clients and our employees during these unprecedented times.

We were pleased for the Premiere of Ontario to announce that as of May 4th, Landscaping businesses are now allowed to operate. We will now be starting back up our operations, however do not believe that this means business as usual.

Whether it is daily equipment safety inspections, the use of personal protective equipment, or WSIB coverage and liability insurance, we have always put the safety of our employees and clients first above all else.

Now more than ever this is so incredibly important, so I would like to take a second to let you know what operation procedures we are doing in addition to keep you, our valued clients, and our employees safe in response to COVID-19.

– Firstly, in order to facilitate social distancing we are minimizing the number of people per job site, and crew members are traveling to and from sites in individual vehicles.

– All of our vehicles have hand sanitizer, and our teams will be using it before, during, and after, each job.

– Employees will continue to use safety equipment, but extra personal protection such as gloves and masks used when necessary.

– Under NO circumstances will employees enter a clients home, which includes bathroom breaks.

So how can you help us, and what do we kindly ask of our clients?

– Firstly, we would like to ask you to not approach our onsite crews for any reason. As you know, under normal circumstances our staff, including myself, love the chances we get to engage with our clients, but for now, we encourage any on site enquiries to be done over the telephone.

– Secondly, we would ask that you please keep your pets inside while our crews are onsite, as unfortunately, they can also be a possible source of transmission of COVID-19.

Thank you for continuing to trust the care of your property to our team. Please do not hesitate to contact our our office should you have any questions or enquiries.

Please take care of yourself and those around you. We look forward to moving forward, and believe strongly we will all get through this together.”

Sincerely,

Alex Carlson
